Accelerate RE brings that experience to the Jacksonville, Florida luxury residential market. Investor capital funds a project loan supporting the acquisition and renovation of a target property, and the sale of the renovated property is the primary expected source of repayment.

Real Estate Support
The project loan is expected to be secured by a first-position Florida mortgage.
1. Investors purchase secured notes. Secured promissory notes are issued by Accelerate RE, LLC.
2. The company funds the project loan. The loan supports the acquisition and renovation of the target property.
3. The sale repays the investment. Sale of the renovated property is the primary expected source of repayment.
