Capital protection is a core objective, and selected shorter-term notes are secured by pledged collateral.
Ballard Global actively manages the Fund's lending across real estate, consumer lending, agribusiness and enterprise AI. Rates vary by term and payment choice. $100,000 minimum.
Global FinTech Expansion
13.00% fixed gross APY. 12.00% net APY after the 1% annual management fee.
Global FinTech Expansion is a private-credit investment designed to generate fixed-rate income while supporting the growth of an established consumer lending platform across the Americas. Choose monthly income or let your returns compound over an initial five-year term.
If the lending platform is sold during the term, a qualifying sale can trigger a contractual payment of up to 1.5 times your remaining principal, or up to 2.0 times for investments of $1 million or more, including the return of principal. $100,000 minimum.
Accelerate RE
15% simple annual interest. Short-duration and real-estate-supported.
Accelerate RE offers secured promissory notes that fund a project loan for the acquisition and renovation of a luxury residential property in Jacksonville, Florida. The project loan is expected to be secured by a first-position Florida mortgage, and the sale of the renovated property is the primary expected source of repayment.
Expected project exit in 12–15 months. $100,000 minimum, $300,000 maximum. A focused return to Ballard Global's real-estate roots.
