Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy takes effect on October 9, 2026.

This policy explains what information Ballard Global, LLC (“Ballard Global,” “we” or “us”) collects when you visit ballardglobal.com, fill out one of our forms, book a call with our team or get in touch with us. It also explains how we use that information, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have, including how to opt out of interest-based advertising.

The short version

  • We collect what you tell us on our forms, such as your name, email, phone number, whether you’re an accredited investor and how much capital you have available, plus information about how you use our site.
  • We use it to contact you about our offerings, to send you the information you asked for, and to run and improve our site and our advertising.
  • We share it only with service providers that help us run our business. We don’t sell your personal information.
  • Our site uses cookies and similar tools from HubSpot, Google, Meta, Microsoft and Apollo.io. You can opt out of interest-based advertising using the links under Your choices.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site, we ask for:

  • your first and last name, email address and phone number
  • whether you’re an accredited investor
  • how much capital you have available to invest

If you book a call, our scheduling calendar collects your name, your email address, the time you choose and any details you add. If you subscribe to updates or register for an event, we collect your email address and anything else that form asks for. If you call or email us, we keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view and for how long, the website or ad that brought you here, and how you click and scroll. We collect it using cookies and similar technologies, described below.

If you submit a form, HubSpot links your earlier visits from the same browser to the details you gave us, so our team can see which pages you viewed.

Information from other sources

Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads later contacts us. Apollo.io may tell us which company a visitor is associated with.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • contact you about our offerings and send you the information you asked for
  • schedule and hold calls with our Investor Relations team
  • understand whether our offerings may be a fit for you, since most are available only to accredited investors
  • send you updates and invitations you’ve signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • run, secure and improve our website, including protecting our forms from spam
  • measure how well our advertising works and show our ads to people who may be interested
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business: the companies that host our website and customer database, schedule calls, provide analytics and advertising services, and protect our forms from spam. We give them only what they need to do that work.

Some of these providers, including Google, Meta and Microsoft, also use information collected through their tools for their own purposes, such as improving their services, as described in their own privacy policies (linked below).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a subpoena or a regulator’s request, or when needed to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t rent or sell our contact lists.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and scripts: small pieces of code that tell a provider when a page loads or a form is sent. The ones on our site fall into three groups.

Essential

These make the site and its features work.

Analytics

These show us how visitors use our site, so we can improve it.

  • HubSpot analytics records visits and page views. If you submit a form, it connects your visits to your contact record. Cookies: __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc.
  • Google Analytics measures our traffic and how visitors use our pages. Cookies: _ga and similar.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through our pages, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, as heatmaps and session replays. Cookies: _clck, _clsk. Microsoft’s privacy statement
  • Apollo.io helps us see which companies visit our site, based on IP address and similar information. Apollo’s privacy policy

Advertising

These help us measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.

  • Google Ads tells us when someone who clicked or saw one of our Google ads later contacts us or books a call, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited our site. Cookies: _gcl_au and Google advertising cookies.
  • Meta Pixel does the same for our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a form, it may send Meta a scrambled (“hashed”) version of your contact details, such as your email address, so Meta can match the visit to a Meta account. Cookie: _fbp. Meta’s privacy policy
  • HubSpot’s advertising tools connect our Google and Meta ad accounts to our customer database, so we can see which ads lead to inquiries and investments. This may include sending those platforms scrambled contact details.

What interest-based advertising and retargeting mean

Interest-based advertising means showing you ads based on what you’ve done online, such as the websites you’ve visited. Retargeting is one kind: after you visit our site, Google or Meta may show you a Ballard Global ad while you browse other websites or use their apps. We don’t see what you do on other websites. The ad platforms decide where to show our ads, based on the audiences we choose.

Your choices

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Look in your browser’s settings or Help menu. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of our site, such as our forms or the scheduling calendar, from working.
  • Google. To control how Google personalizes the ads you see, visit Google Ads Settings. To stop Google Analytics from recording your visits on any website, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Meta. To control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram, visit Meta’s ad preferences.
  • Industry opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
  • Mobile devices. Your phone’s privacy settings let you limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID.
  • Emails and calls. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Opt-outs apply only to the browser and device you use them on. If you clear your cookies or switch devices, you may need to opt out again. Opting out doesn’t mean you’ll see fewer ads, only that the ads won’t be based on your activity.

Do Not Track. Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site doesn’t currently respond to these signals. To limit tracking, use the choices above.

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and longer where the law requires.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email info@ballardglobal.com or call 305.201.0411. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, your state’s privacy laws may give you additional rights.

If you invest with us

This policy covers our website and our marketing. If you invest, your offering documents may include additional privacy terms.

Children

Our site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Finalis Securities and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
